By completing a purchase with Regal Hair Co., you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Customers must contact us at Info@regalhairco.com within 48 hours of receiving their order for any concerns. We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution.

Any chargeback filed without prior communication will be considered a violation of this agreement. In such cases, Regal Hair Co. reserves the right to:

* Dispute the chargeback with evidence of this policy, order confirmation, and delivery confirmation

* Ban the customer from future purchases

* Pursue legal action if necessary for fraudulent claims
