Refund Policy

At Regal Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

All purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction.

 

2. Exceptions 

We will only review issues if:

 

* You received the wrong item

* Your order arrived damaged

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

 

3. Product Condition

Hair must remain:

 

* Unused

* Uninstalled

* In original packaging with tags intact

 

Any altered products will NOT be eligible for review.

 

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in being banned from future purchases and possible legal action.
